여행을 다니면서 카페에서 책을 읽는 것을 즐기고 있습니다. 통증과 도수치료 강의등을 하고 있고 TV 방송등에 출현하고 있습니다. 원래 꿈은 나이가 들어 은퇴하면 해변 등의 휴양지에서 책을 읽는 생활을 꿈꾸고 살아 왔으나 책을 읽어가면서 ‘행복이란 무엇인가’ 에 대한 나름의 개념을 세워 하루 하루 오늘에 최선을 다하는 삶을 살기 위해 노력하고 있습니다.
While traveling, I enjoy reading books in cafes. I give lectures on pain and manual therapy, and appear in TV broadcasts. Originally, my dream was to live in a resort such as a beach when I retired after getting old, but by reading books, I am trying to live a life where I do my best day by day by day by setting up my own concept of 'what is happiness
